Cleaning-up

When using conventional consumer products as we wash our clothes, dishes, and cars, or take a shower, scrub the floor, or even work in our gardens, we do a lot of damage to the air, water, and our bodies. In our obsession for cleanliness, and disease and weed-free living, we have created a toxic brew that saturates our daily lives and both the indoor and outdoor environments. Is this how God intended us to be stewards of his world? Probably not.

Fortunately there is a lot we can easily do to reduce the damage we do in our quest for a cleaner world.

With the help of the links below, take an inventory of each of these areas to see how many toxic chemicals you can easily eliminate from your home:

  • Bath
  • Laundry
  • Dish washing
  • Household cleaning
  • Lawn and Garden
